Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons we may require an extra 1–2 days—any delays will be noted on the site and at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Calculated at checkout based on your package’s weight, dimensions, and delivery zone. Free for orders over $100.

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2nd Day): 2 business days; cost is calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

Shipping Area

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package on the USPS website: USPS Tracking.

Shipping Restrictions & Customs

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We ship to street addresses within the 50 United States only.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@HEB-Health.com within 30 days of shipment. We’ll work with USPS to locate or replace your order as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unworn/unopened, and with all tags attached.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item—in which case we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • Restocking Fee: None. We do not charge any restocking fees.
